CSS @font-face Diacritical Mark Error Reporting Test

If the positioning failure produces an empty circle (generic mark base) or rectangle, we indicate the positioning failure as LOUD (rather than QUIET). We're not making a judgement here -- it's just interesting to us to note how positioning failures are being reported across browsers.
